Join our Hive at Busy Bees at Crace! Our welcoming 142-place service is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead and deliver our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Teacher who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and preparing children for lifelong success.
We are specifically looking for a candidate with extensive experience delivering a Kindergarten program, with strong knowledge of school readiness, child development, educational planning, and compliance requirements.
About the Role
As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Lead and deliver a high-quality 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Create engaging and inclusive learning environments that support children’s development and curiosity.
* Develop and implement intentional teaching strategies and educational programs.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
* Mentor and collaborate with educators within the Kindergarten room.
* Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness outcomes through meaningful documentation and observations.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Current ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
* Current Teacher Registration (where applicable).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Extensive experience delivering a Kindergarten program within an early learning environment.
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and educational planning cycle.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and advocacy for children’s learning outcomes.
