Scheduler Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team at the Mornington Depot.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning work programs to our Planning team, ensuring strong support for maintenance and fault-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and scheduling work for the next 2+ weeks
2. Managing schedule changes
3. Completing work order finalisation activities
4. Communicating job status to stakeholders
5. Collaborating with planning and field teams to optimize crew utilization and efficiency
6. Allocating maintenance and fault work to Planners
7. Establishing high-level maintenance plans and scheduling rolling work for 6-8 weeks
8. Assisting with fault response planning and rescheduling incomplete tasks
About You
* You will need strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in resource scheduling and planning
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A good understanding of the electrical industry is desirable
