About The Role
As our Client Experience Manager, you’ll lead a team of skilled Support Workers to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services. You’ll be the calm, confident leader clients trust and Support Workers rely on.
You Will
- Drive exceptional client outcomes aligned to NDIS standards.
- Coach, motivate, and develop Support Workers to deliver rights-based, quality support.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure their voices are heard and respected.
