We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of the Skechers Australia & New Zealand ecommerce websites. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager and Head of eCommerce, you'll help deliver an engaging online shopping experience while supporting digital growth across the business.

About the Role

As eCommerce Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing online product launches, website content updates, merchandising and ecommerce operations. You'll work closely with marketing, product, customer service and SEO teams to ensure the Skechers websites remain current, engaging and commercially optimised.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end product uploads including copywriting, imagery coordination and inventory management
* Maintain accurate and engaging product enrichment with strong attention to detail
* Create and manage product data spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
* Merchandise products onsite to support digital trading strategies and customer engagement
* Manage product categorisation including new arrivals, best sellers and sale products
* Coordinate with product teams on delivery timelines and stock availability
* Support promotional activity, discounting and retail trade calendar updates
* Work with SEO teams to optimise online product visibility and content performance
Content & Digital Marketing Support
* Support website content updates across campaigns, launches and retail activity
* Assist with creation of landing pages and campaign content
* Support email, social and blog content implementation to ensure brand consistency
* Maintain accurate store information across websites
* Assist with SEO implementation across relevant online channels
Customer Experience & eCommerce Support
* Deliver a customer-first approach across all ecommerce activity
* Support the customer service team with product and operational enquiries
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience
* Act as a key point of contact for ecommerce-related support across the business
Web & Technical Support
* Troubleshoot website issues and elevate where required
* Support testing and QA checks for new website developments and launches
* Assist with implementation of new ecommerce features and integrations
Reporting & Administration
* Contribute to weekly ecommerce trade and performance reportingMonitor online best-selling products to support trading and merchandising decisions
* Attend team meetings and maintain clear documentation and action points
* Provide support across the ecommerce team as required
About You

You're someone who loves retail, digital commerce and staying ahead of trends. You're proactive, organised and confident managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

You'll also bring:

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
* Magento, CMS or Google Analytics experience highly regarded
