* Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems
* Install patches
* Software and hardware break fix
* Computer troubleshooting; system repair
* Basics of Wi‐Fi
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with local language
