WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experiencedConstruction Project Managerto join a growing business delivering high-quality projects across NSW.
Our client is a leader in the commercial and industrial construction sector and is looking for someone who thrives on managing end-to-end project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What you will be doing?
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
Use Procore to monitor project progress, budgets, and resources in real time.
Manage subcontractors and directly employed staff to achieve project milestones.
Coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and consultants to manage variations and costs.
Prepare reports, O&M manuals, progress claims, and documentation for client meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements on all projects.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
What do you bring?
Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency inProcoreor similar project management software.
Ability to proactively solve problems and drive project outcomes.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
