The Company
A leading industrial engineering and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join their growing business. Exposing you to highly regarded and award-winning projects, and the opportunity to work closely with Architects, Designers and Builders, this is an opportunity to grab a newly created role.
Your Role
Reporting to the Project Principal, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst targeting and identifying new commercial opportunities derived from warm, incoming leads. You'll be the go-to, trusted and consultative representative for clients.
The primary responsibilities are to:
* Provide proposals and pricing to clients across the Architect, Design, Commercial Building and Contract Administrator sectors
* Follow up quotes and develop strategies to overcome challenges and secure orders
* Process orders in a timely manner, whilst upholding a high level of customer service
* Undertake business meetings either by MS Teams or in person and continue building relationships whilst meeting KPIs
Other Details
This role is based in-person in Mt Gambier. Regular travel is required across SA, VIC and NSW. The renumeration guide is $100K - $140K + Super + Car, commensurate with skills and experience. The position may also have hybrid options available and an attractive bonus structure.
About You
* Confident in the engineering, manufacturing or construction industries with demonstrated technical aptitude
* Experience in customer service and selling to a wide range of customers, including but not limited to Architects and Commercial Builders
* Previous experience in installation or fit-outs is highly regarded
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Confidence to convert opportunities to orders and close sales
