A leading infrastructure advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director – Infrastructure Transactions (Commercial) to lead the commercial strategy, structuring, valuation, and execution of major infrastructure transactions, with a strong public‐sector focus.
This is a senior, transaction‐led role working closely with government clients, supporting projects from approved investment decisions through to commercial and financial close.
The Role
* Lead transaction strategy, commercial structuring, and procurement execution
* Apply government policy, funding, and regulatory frameworks to structure robust, market‐ready transactions
* Lead valuation, bid evaluation, and value‐for‐money assessments
* Drive commercial negotiations through to contract close
* Advise on delivery models including PPP, D&C, alliances, and hybrid structures
* Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior government and agency stakeholders
You
* Proven experience in infrastructure transactions, commercial advisory, or deal execution
* Strong experience working with government clients and procurement frameworks
* Proven capability leading complex negotiations and transaction close
* Deep expertise in commercial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation
* Comfortable engaging at senior executive, steering committee, and investment committee level
