The ICT Help Desk Support Officer will provide first level technical support to staff and the student's BYOD program.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a permanent ICT Helpdesk Support Officer to work with the ICT team, delivering professional and high-quality helpdesk support. This is a first level position which will build on current technical skill capacity while applying trouble shooting curiosity.
This is full time position which will commence as soon as possible or by negotiation.
About You
You are a keen worker with keen problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box. You enjoy working with systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing problems and working with a team. Above all, you value the impact of making platforms work for the benefit of staff leading learning and ultimately, the benefit of students and their learning achievement overall.
- Demonstrated diagnostic skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be an energetic, positive, dynamic employee who is part of the ICT Team with minimal supervision, has a can-do attitude, and is willing to support the team where needed.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks which includes meeting the current needs while having flexibility to create new information pathways
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity and Edmund Rice Tradition
