About you You are an accomplished academic with an established track record in counselling education and research, recognised for the quality and impact of your contributions. You Will Possess A completed doctoral qualification in counselling or a closely related field (or equivalent standing); Demonstrated excellence in teaching, including curriculum design, delivery, and leadership in learning and teaching practice; A strong and sustained research track record, including quality publications, grant activity, and HDR supervision; Proven leadership and contribution to academic administration, such as program coordination or course leadership; Established connections with professional bodies, industry, and community networks; and A collaborative, values-driven approach that contributes to a supportive and high-achieving academic environment.
