Responsibilities
* Support the Branch Manager in overseeing and coordinating all service and operational activities in the Kalgoorlie division
* Assist with client communication and relationship management
* Help supervise and guide tyre fitters and operational staff as needed
* Promote safety standards and foster best practices throughout the team
* Contribute to improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Solid knowledge of tyre products and their applications
* Previous experience in the tyre industry (highly regarded)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, sales software, and email communication
* Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing (preferred but not essential)
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
