Job Description
The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex Defence projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, and risk
* Lead project teams and subcontractors through the full project lifecycle
* Prepare high-quality project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
* Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
* Ensure compliance with Defence standards and relevant legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role you'll need:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in Defence project management across land, maritime, or joint domains
* Proven ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance (minimum)
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
