What You'll Do
* Provide administration and customer service/sales support to the branch team.
* Process sales, invoices, orders, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
* Help maintain accurate stock records, receipting, transfers, and adjustments.
* Support inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and supplier documentation.
* Assist the Branch Manager and team with day‐to‐day branch operations.
What You'll Bring
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience or interest in stock control, inventory management, and logistics.
* Confident communication skills and a friendly, qualified manner.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* A "nothing is too much trouble" attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
