Senior Operator, Production
Location: Moorebank, Australia
Responsibilities
* Ensure all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards are maintained at all times.
* Ensure all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Quality standards are maintained at all times.
* Operate processing equipment by making up raw materials into media, transferring, monitoring fermentation, harvesting and freezing cultures.
* Report to Production Supervisor when process deviations or process delays occur.
* Shift work and weekend work as required to meet demand.
* Actively ensure that Food Safety, HACCP and quality requirements are carried out as per company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
* Over 5 years' experience in a Food Manufacturing or related field.
* Familiarity with MANUFEX and Lean Manufacturing.
* Physically capable of bending, lifting and repetitive actions.
* Understanding of HMI and PLCs.
* Experience as a boiler operator.
* Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
