We're on the lookout for a Service Administrator or Advisor who's all about great customer service, smooth operations, and keeping our machines in top shape. You'll be the go-to person between our Albury branch and our amazing customers - making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.
What you'll be doing:
* Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
* Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
* Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
* Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better
* and more!
Who Are We Looking For?
* Someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
* A bit of mechanical know-how is a bonus (Trade qualified = extra brownie points!)
* A team player with energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude
