Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to contribute to the delivery and enhancement of a Salesforce platform. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting key business functions through scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions. The role offers flexibility with remote working options while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement customised Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
* Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages
* Develop and configure workflows, process builders, and automation within Salesforce
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Ensure integrations between Salesforce and external systems are robust and scalable
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimisation of existing solutions
* Maintain technical documentation, including solution design and development artefacts
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
* Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
* Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
* Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II)
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
