Responsibilities: Manage the entire leasing process, from prospecting to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements. Handle tenant relations, including addressing maintenance requests, resolving concerns and complaints, and enforcing lease terms. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and property management regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports related to property management. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the company professionally. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field is preferred. A Real Estate license is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management. Strong understanding of real estate, property management, and leasing principles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software (e.g., Avail, Buildium).
