Clinical Nurse Educator
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing education within our healthcare setting.
This position involves the planning and coordination of clinical teaching and education initiatives to support the development of skilled nursing professionals. You will contribute to the identification of learning needs among colleagues and provide guidance on professional development opportunities.
* Develop and implement outcome-based clinical education programs that promote excellence in patient care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops.
* Conduct regular competency assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance.
Required Skills:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Relevant clinical or education qualifications demonstrating expertise in intensive care nursing.
* Extensive experience in intensive care nursing with recent registration.
