We’re looking for a hands-on Townsville Assistant General Manager to lead multiple Subway stores across Townsville region —someone passionate about developing teams, driving performance, and building a culture of excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site workplace and wants to coach the next generation of leaders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Coach & Develop : Train and mentor Store Managers to be their best
- Drive Operations : Oversee compliance, labour budgets, rosters, and service quality
- Support the Region : Act as the go-to link between store teams and the General Manager
- Lead with Purpose : Run weekly meetings, assist with recruitment, and promote store growth
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- $89,600 Package ($80K base + 12 % super) + $20,000 regional living allowance
- Up to $24,000 in annual bonuses

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven leadership in QSR multi-site retail
- Strong operational excellence
- Outstanding communication skills
- A passion for lead, training and development of a team
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + car
- Police Check + Food Safety Supervisor Cert (or willingness to obtain before employment starts)
