About the role
As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
About you
We're looking for individuals with:
* Customer service experience(highly desirable)
* A genuine interest in banking or financial services
* Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
* Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
What you will do
* Handleinbound callsand assist with a variety ofgeneral banking inquiries, including:
o Providing account balances
o Replacing debit and credit cards
o Updating personal information
o Resolving issues with online banking
o Investigating transactions and disputes
o Managing fraud inquiries
o Logging complaints and capturing feedback
* Provideaccurate informationand follow strictidentification protocols
Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.
Training period (on-site)
* Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm required
