Day to Day key responsibilities include:
* Supporting children and families across home and community settings to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes.
* Conducting functional and standardised assessments in a variety of environments.
* Delivering tailored therapy programs aligned with each client's individual goals.
* Completing progress notes, reports, and documentation to professional and NDIS standards.
* Collaborating with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
* Recommending assistive technology, equipment, and environmental modifications where required.
* Providing education and practical strategies to families, carers and support networks.
* Managing a flexible mobile caseload across the Gold Coast.
