Opportunity
: As the Works Program Team Leader, Brisbane, you will be based in Virginia, Brisbane, reporting to the Manager Works Delivery and play an integral part in the delivery of Powerlink Queensland's maintenance portfolio, with a strong focus on time, quality, safety and budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day delivery of an assigned program of works including scheduling, financial performance and materials management to ensure effective and efficient delivery within time, quality and budget.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of specialists and coordinate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to maximise efficiency within the works team.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and budgetary requirements on all projects.
Qualifications:
Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Project Management or relevant trade qualifications plus considerable experience in Substation / Secondary System construction, installation and maintenance.
"C" Class driver's License.
Experience leading teams of multi-discipline specialists.
Strong industry knowledge and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
