This is a key front-of-house and administrative role where you'll take pride in overseeing the day-to-day running of reception and supporting the wider team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the friendly face of the office, meet and greet clients and visitors
* Manage incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming and well-organised reception area
* Coordinate meeting room bookings
* Provide administrative support including data entry and document updates
* Handle mail, couriers and visitor passes
* Assist with office coordination such as stock levels and supplies
* Support the wider team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
