About the Role
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, workplace-based training to butcher shops across NSW. You’ll work closely with employers and learners to ensure all training meets industry standards and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified Butcher (Meat Retail)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110), or a willingness to obtain
Recent and relevant industry experience in the meat retail trade
Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
A passion for supporting and developing the next generation of butchers
Willingness to contribute to building the training faculty in NSW
