Process Operator
We are seeking skilled Process Operators to join our team at the Trewin Street Plant.
About the Role:
* Manage advanced machinery to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a production line environment.
* Work closely with Shift Coordinators to optimize production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate large/heavy loads using an LF Forklift License.
* Manage manufacturing operations, maintaining high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
* Valid LF Forklift License with 5+ years of experience.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or production line operations.
Benefits:
* 12-hour rotating shifts, operating 24/7 with shifts running from 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am.
* Base rate commences at Level 0: $***** With penalties for night shifts, weekends and further level increases attainable from 6months.
