We're seeking a highly skilled Travel Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Central Reservations Sales Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our members and guests.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service via phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage leisure bookings, update reservations, and attend to enquiries and new bookings maintenance escalations.
* Upsell and cross-sell RACV's products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Report on sales call centre performance and contribute to achieving sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience working in a reservations or travel-related industry, preferably in a high-volume call centre environment. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
