About the role We are seeking an experienced Service Technician - Europe - to join our growing team and support the service, repair, and maintenance of our equipment across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include: Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical, mechanical, and software issues Replacing or repairing components such as valves, sensors, and control boards Installing new beverage dispensing machines at client locations Upgrading existing machines with new features or components Configuring and calibrating machines to meet client requirements Providing remote troubleshooting support as required Managing spare parts and tool inventory, and ordering replacements when needed Delivering professional, efficient customer service with minimal downtime Training and guiding customers on proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Being available for occasional emergency service calls, including weekends/holidays About you We're looking for someone who thrives in fast paced, customer focused environments, enjoys travel, and loves learning and developing new skills.
You will bring: Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Australia Technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, or similar technical role A current and valid driver's licenceStrong fault finding, diagnostics, and repair experience Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, C++) - nice to have, not essential Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment Solid understanding of safety procedures and compliance Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to act quickly under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently, managing multiple service appointments and logistics effectively Location You can be located anywhere in Poland, providing you love to travel.
Our head office is located in Kraków.
Our Head Office team is based in Perth in Australia, where you may also be required to spend time between travel in Europe.
