Job Title: Media Systems Specialist
Broadcast engineers are responsible for maintaining and ensuring high quality broadcasts.
The job requires technical knowledge in monitoring and adjusting audio and video parameters, tuning and troubleshooting satellite and fiber decoders, and assisting with training related to audio and video equipment use. They must be able to resolve routine broadcast master control problems and coordinate support for end-user issues.
Broadcast engineers contribute to projects supporting the implementation, operations, and management of broadcast equipment. This includes installing and configuring broadcast equipment as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience in technical or engineering operations. Industry-standard certifications and training are also necessary.
