Role Description
We're excited to hear from you. This is an Expression of Interest for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Sydney. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that elevate Totem Road's brand, drive traffic, and support online and in-store sales.
The role covers the full digital mix: email marketing, e-commerce, content creation, social media, email marketing, and campaign performance. We're ideally looking for someone with no less than 2-3 years of experience across these areas, but what matters most is that you're self‐directed, take ownership, and are genuinely excited by the opportunity to add value in a brand you believe in.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years minimum of digital marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across multiple channels
* Hands‐on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms
* Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and brand storytelling
* Proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and report on KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
* An appreciation for purpose‐driven, design‐led brands in advantageous
* Ability to work on‐site in Paddington, collaborate effectively with a small team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
