The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall running of both PM Departments on a day to day basis and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the teams are supported. The successful candidate will be responsible for all training and mentoring of the Property Management Team. Specifically you will also be responsible for the driving of Property Management Departmental Growth for both offices (BDM) and all trust accounting and monthly reporting.
The successful candidate must be fully licensed, extremely well organised, have outstanding time management skills, strong attention to detail and a great understanding of staff, client and customer service. They must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, understand the importance of team development and an eagerness to embrace change and new technology in our fast-paced industry.
