Who are we looking for
We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a hands‐on industrial portfolio across Sydney's metro fringe. Based out of Parramatta, this is a highly autonomous role where no two days look the same—balancing site visits, stakeholder engagement and real‐time problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct quarterly site inspections and drive follow‐up actions.
* Respond to break‐fix issues, incidents and urgent site needs.
* Review and prioritise work orders with clear decision making.
* Coordinate contractors across multiple sites end‐to‐end.
* Build strong tenant and property manager relationships.
