About the Role
The role of the Clinical Nurse Educator is to facilitate and support the development of the nursing workforce by planning, promoting, coordinating, implementing and evaluating education programs in the clinical setting, ward or unit.
Responsibilities
* Effective planning, implementation and evaluation of a range of educational programs and activities for the nursing workforce.
* Consulting, liaising with and assisting the Nurse Unit Manager with the implementation of education‐related activities associated with performance development plans.
* Program delivery across a range of practice settings and learner groups as required.
Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications (desirable).
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: $118,297 to $125,543 per annum. The 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Other provisions may include:
* Post‐graduate allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.

Employment Details
Permanent, full‐time day‐worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant.
Selection Process
