Are you an experienced leader passionate about delivering high-quality workplace and office services? As our Australian business continues to grow, we're looking for an Office Services Manager to support our expanding teams and operations. The role will be based in Newcastle.
The Opportunity
This influential and hands‐on role is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership position and shape a high‐performing office services function. The role is permanent full‐time, with flexibility to consider part‐time arrangements spread across five days, based in our Newcastle office. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Office Services Manager will lead the delivery of day‐to‐day office operations in Newcastle. This includes facilities management, front‐of‐house services, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors. You will also provide support to the Corporate Services Manager and, at times, the wider regional leadership team.
Your day‐to‐day will involve overseeing office services such as reception, mail and courier coordination, onboarding support, meeting and event coordination, and workplace health, safety and environment (HSE) activities. You'll also manage supplier relationships and liaise with building management to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, along with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and take pride in delivering high standards of service. You'll enjoy building relationships across all levels of the business and creating a positive, well‐supported workplace environment. A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves will be key to your success. If you thrive in a fast‐paced environment, take ownership of your work, and are passionate about delivering exceptional office services, we'd love to hear from you.
