About the Role
We're seeking a Business Development Partner who can understand and connect with this target market. Someone who can help build relationships and who wants to share directly in the business growth their efforts generate.
This market is typically run by state-wide and or national headquarters and will require their buy in to maximise this opportunity.
This is not a salaried position, but a genuine partnership opportunity for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and capable of driving growth in a defined market niche.
You'll:
Develop and execute growth strategies within the retirement living sector.
Engage with key stakeholders and boards.
Build sustainable partnerships that deliver value for both clients and SwiftServe IT.
Work closely with the founder to refine and scale the business model nationally.

About You
You'll be someone who:
Has experience in business development, relationship management, or community engagement ideally within the retirement living or aged care sector.
Understands the dynamics and needs of the retirement village / aged care environment.
Is financially self-sufficient, and motivated by ownership and long-term value creation.
Is strategic, personable, and able to translate opportunity into real outcomes.
