This role will provide hands-on procurement execution support and act as a local key user. Key Responsibilities Support PR/PO processing, follow-up and issue resolution across the P2P cycle Ensure procurement activities align with new ERP/procurement processes and controls Coordinate supplier onboarding and master data collection to support readiness Drive supplier adoption of new processes and ways of working Act as local procurement key user for SAP S/4HANA (and related procurement tools) Support UAT, training coordination, and post-go-live support/troubleshooting Assist with rollout of processes, tools and automation initiatives Maintain deployment trackers (suppliers, activities, issues) and provide clear status reporting Identify risks early and support go-live stabilisation activities Skills, Experience and Qualifications 3–5 years’ experience in procurement operations, buying and/or supply chain SAP experience essential (S/4HANA preferred) Strong execution focus with solid coordination and follow-through Confident stakeholder communication across procurement, IT/change teams and suppliers Comfortable operating in a project / transformation environment Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
