The Position: In the role of Commercial Property Manager, your key focus will be working on a meticulously maintained portfolio and overall performing the below duties: Manage a well looked after portfolio of commercial and industrial properties Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants Manage repairs and maintenance requests Conduct rental appraisals, rental increases, and lease renewals Minimise rental arrears and oversee insurance and compliance Conduct inspections of properties Provide 6 star customer service Maintaining market pricing knowledge and changes to legislation affecting your area of responsibility The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial Property Manager will have: A background in Commercial Property Management Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Ability to work autonomously once trained up!
