Overview

Counter Sales & Warehouse Operator - Lonsdale, SA role at CSR Limited. The Counter Sales / Warehouse Operator is a full-time position based at Lonsdale, SA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.


Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
* Handle stock movements and maintain stock integrity.
* Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
* Unload inbound orders of stock.
* Serve customers in the warehouse portion of the store, including loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Ensure documentation, labeling and presentation of product is adhered to.
* Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.


Hours

Hours will follow an alternating weekly shift pattern: one week from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, and the next week from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

* Eagerness to learn about products and services.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
* Forklift licence is desirable or willing to obtain one.
