Job Description
* Manage end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
* Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements.
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Conduct title searches and property enquiries to assist with due diligence.
* Oversee settlement processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate file management and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
* Provide support to solicitors and other team members as needed.
* Support file progression with a strong focus on billable work and revenue generation
The Successful Applicant
* At least 5 years proven experience in managing residential and commercial conveyancing files independently.
* Strong knowledge of Queensland property law and conveyancing practices.
* Advanced working knowledge of PEXA
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
