Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Kilsyth, VIC, with an opportunity to work remotely part of the time. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, setting and achieving sales targets, mentoring the sales team, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through strategic planning and communication.

* Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and customer service
* Leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring and guiding team members
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve sales performance and identify market opportunities
* Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and presentations
* Ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote settings
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Understanding of the cleaning services or facilities management industry is a plus
