We are currentlyseeking a passionate and professional Fun Squad Assistant ServiceManager to join the team at our PCYC Caboolture East Fun SquadService. As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the FunSquad Service Manager to support team members and assist with dailyduties. If you love working with children, then we want to hearfrom you.

Your NewRole
You will support theService Manager to lead and manage the service to ensure operationin line with government regulations, legislation, National QualityFramework and organisational requirements. A key focus of the roleis to support the Service Manager to build and maintain stakeholderrelationships to increase commitment to the PCYC brand, whileinspiring a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYCQueensland values. AboutYou
* MinimumCertificate III in childhood studies or other qualificationsrecognised by the regulatory authority AND working towards aDiploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognisedby the regulatory authority
* Must hold one ofthe following child protection certificates: CHCPRT025 -Identify and report children and young people at risk,CHCPRT026 - Support the rights and safety of children and youngpeople, or CHCECE057 - Use collaborative practices to upholdchild protection principles
* Ability to leadand manage a multidisciplinary Fun Squad team
* Demonstratedknowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing FunSquad operations
* Hold a Workingwith Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
* Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
