About the Role
As the Production, Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator, you will play a key role in Kepler's sensor production, inventory management and shipment coordination, which are critical to the success of Kepler projects. Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Team Leader, you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, as you oversee accurate stock levels, optimise transportation routes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer and project deadlines.
This is a full-time position which will be based out of Kepler's Melbourne Office.
What You'll Do:
* Sensor Production: Own the accurate and timely production of Kepler SmartSense and OpticSense devices, from assembly and configuration through to testing.
* Inventory Management & Coordination of Shipments: Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and seeing to the timely dispatch of goods, meeting agreed client deadlines and project timelines.
* Logistics Management & Record Keeping: Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail by ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date, escalating any discrepancies as required.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Occupational Heath and Safety guidelines, escalating any potential hazards for remediation.
* Field Service Performance: Proactively track the performance of field service deliveries, collaborating with field teams to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
* Coordination of Delivery and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project management and warehouse staff to see to the timely deployment of hardware.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of customer service and can-do attitude with all internal and external stakeholders, seeing that all shipping and inventory needs are met.
* Project Feedback and Reporting: Actively provide feedback and recommendations to the Operations & Logistics Team Leader to enhance Kepler processes, contributing to post-project reviews as required.
What you'll bring:
* 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping coordination, or a similar role preferred.
* Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
* Proficiency in inventory and shipping software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
