You will be looking to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.Representing one of Australia's most trusted brands, you will be part of a larger team and be provided with coaching, developing and mentoring to help you grow your career. These roles have pathway opportunities into other sales and business-related functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holdersEnsure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirementsManage and update customer key information within CRM databaseCollaborate with stakeholders to assist in resolving customer concerns and complaintsSkills & ExperienceExcellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insightsStrong listening skills with curious intent and an empathetic approachComfortable conducting entry-level sales conversationsPrevious sales or customer service experienceHow to apply:We are looking to speak with you ASAP, please apply online!
