About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Human Resources Officer. This role is responsible for providing quality HR support to staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
* Support onboarding and induction for new staff, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized introduction to the organization.
* Maintain accurate and confidential staff records in line with organizational policies and standards.
* Provide advice and guidance on HR and employee relations matters, including award, EBA, and legislation interpretation.
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of cyclical activities, reporting, and HR projects.

* Previous experience in a Human Resources or administration role is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of confidentiality, professionalism, and the importance of maintaining high standards.
