Job Title
A Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for mechanical apprentices in a workshop environment.
* Developing, implementing, and facilitating the Mechanical apprentice competency training program.
* Facilitating the apprentice curriculum, including practical, theoretical, and assessments.
* Managing the workshop environment to optimize learning outcomes.
About You
We are looking for experienced Mechanical Trades people with a strong background in industrial environments to lead our apprentices to reach their full potential.
* A Certificate III Engineering qualification or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience within the Fitting trade is essential.
* Experience as a facilitator and within a competency-based training environment is preferred.
