We are currently seeking a Full‐time, permanent Finance Manager based in our head office in Balcatta. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks essential to the business's success, including providing leadership for the accounting department, managing and improving the organisation's financial and accounting services, and overseeing purchasing and supply functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Finance Team to deliver exceptional service to the organisation.
* Coordinate the month‐end process and prepare the monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow.
* Complete monthly financial reports including the Board Finance Pack.
* Liaise with external auditors and coordinate the interim and final annual audit.
* Manage the preparation of the annual operational and capital budget in liaison with the General Manager Finance, Exec and Department Heads.
* Manage all banking including bank signatories and credit card holders.
* Oversee the fortnightly payroll and creditor payment functions.
* Coordinate all Revenue recognition processes and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Oversee the Debtor Management Processes for Commercial and Participants.
* Support new finance system implementation.
Your success will be ensured by
* Degree in finance or accounting and CPA/CA qualification with a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising staff.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload to achieve objectives.
* Highly developed MS Excel, MS Word skills and the ability to use a variety of systems.
* A strong attention to detail.
