About the Role

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations and human resources matters, as well as leading and collaborating on strategic projects.

* Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor in Human Resources or related discipline or experience commensurate to the qualification
* Solid demonstrated experience/capacity in providing reliable and professional advice to management at all levels across a broad spectrum of employee relations and human resources
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels within the business
* Demonstrated ability to use coaching skills to influence adoption of good human resource practices
* Demonstrated ability to carry out multiple HR projects and achieve set goals within the required time frame
