They are now seeking a qualified and experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic and productive team.Location: Bundoora VICSalary: Offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annumTenure: Full time and ongoingAbout the role:You'll be the data-driven expert for inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.
Your insights will directly impact on how to deliver critical technology to construction sites, mines, and surveyors across the region.
You'll work closely with procurement, warehouse teams, and tech support across all operational locations to ensure our supply chain is accurate and responsive.The duties and responsibilities of the position will include:Analyse and forecast demand across all product lines.Investigate, analyse, and resolve business process issues to correct deficiencies, reduce costs, and improve performance by providing appropriate recommendations to ensure seamless operations.Develop and implement forecasting models to support demand planning and inventory optimisation.Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings across the supply chain.Measure supplier performance and purchasing trends to support strategic procurement.Monitor relevant company related KPIs and maintain dashboards for use by relevant stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales, projects, and service delivery.Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, company standards and policies.Provide training and support to team members to encourage development and growth within the organisation.Identify and assess emerging trends or opportunities in logistics and customer service to support the company's strategic goals and long-term growth.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in supply chain management, business, or other related discipline.At least 1 or more years of experience as a supply chain analyst in a similar industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and other relevant software.Possess a great ability of turning data into insights, and insights into action.A results-driven mindset with a focus on improving company outcomes while achieving personal and team objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.Knowledge of industry-standard supply chain practices and regulations.High attention to detail.You must have unrestricted full time Australian working rights to be considered.ApplicationsPlease respond to the recruiters using the facilities on this site, and ensure you attach your updated CV.Kogan People Solutions are grateful for all applications, but kindly note that they will only respond to shortlisted applicants.Kogan People Solutions – recruitment excellence
