Carma is a digital pre‐owned car dealership seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of the company. The role involves supporting customers through the buying and selling journey, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for customers buying or selling cars via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Guide customers from booking inspections and handovers, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Build trust and rapport, anticipate questions, and resolve problems proactively.
* Collaborate closely with the Buying, Sales, and Delivery teams to manage schedules, confirmations, and follow‐ups.
* Maintain accurate admin and CRM records with high attention to detail.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
* Own every interaction, close the loop, and keep the customer front of mind.
Qualifications
* Background in customer service, ideally in a fast‐paced or high‐volume environment.
* Experience communicating with customers over phone and digital channels; retail or call‐centre experience is a plus.
* Tech savvy, curious, and quick to learn new systems such as HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
* Organised, detail‐oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Empathy comes naturally, with a focus on finding solutions and making people feel heard.
* Knowledge of cars is a bonus; passion and willingness to learn are essential.
* A team player who is values‐led and brings energy and positivity.
