The Experience You'll Create
As our Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and partners, setting the tone for a seamless and elevated repair journey. With professionalism and attention to detail, you'll ensure every guest feels informed and supported.
What You'll Do
* Assist clients and respond to queries with confidence and professionalism—both in person and over the phone
* Liaise closely with insurance providers to coordinate claims, approvals, and repair progress
* Use insurer platforms and iBody software to track repairs and manage updates
* Process invoices accurately and ensure smooth, timely billing
* Keep clients informed throughout the repair journey, managing expectations with transparency and care
* Assist in resolving concerns or complaints with discretion and a solutions-focused approach
* Maintain precise records of client interactions, documentation, and transactions
About You
* Proven customer service experience (automotive or insurance experience essential)
* A natural communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable using digital systems, with a sharp eye for detail
* Calm, professional, and positive—even in a fast-moving environment
* Genuinely passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-end service
