Job Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to execute maintenance activities in a mining environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and checks on Surface/Underground electrical equipment and instrumentation.
The role involves executing tasks that ensure safe and effective work operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high levels of housekeeping in all work areas
* Reviewing and updating maintenance schedule plans and equipment history
* Providing E&I trade skills to perform care maintenance tasks within the electrical maintenance area, ensuring overall reliability and stability
* Communicating plant status to appropriate departments
* Developing and revising operating and maintenance procedures
The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed according to standards and procedures designed to enable safe and effective work every day.
